We are proud to share the details of our engagement as the security provider for the Carriageworks VIVID Sydney 2022 event. We pride ourselves on our reliability, and consistently successful performance. This is an example of our experience of managing a large scale, multi-day major event.

AFS' Role
- Appointed as CarriageWorks' contracted event management security provider
- Supply of experienced guards and qualified medics
- Supply of qualified traffic managers
- Safety & Incident Management for all CarriageWorks' events.
Quality Assurance
- AFS Group cherry-pick the most suitable from our suite of qualified and experienced staff.
- Daily communication planning and debrief.
- All matters are always followed by best practice protocols ensuring minimal disruption to event operation.
- Management team on site and accessible at all times, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery
Outcome
- CarriageWorks' event programme has been consistent supported by qualified and reliable medics, measured by the inconsequential number of issues recorded and responses applied to each.
- Successful engagement as preferred supplier for security, safety and medical services (all events) and contract renewed in 2023 for exclusive and ongoing service provision.
