AFS' Role
- AFS Group was engaged as third party as a specialist solution to be lead and manage the Hostile Vehicle Mitigation sign off team for the duration of the event.
- Supply of suitable qualified and experienced resource.
- Site Management.
- Provide first response team to incidents.
Quality Assurance
- AFS Group apply Tier 1 event engagement criteria for all employees. All staff were qualified and held purpose specific experience.
- Essential qualification Licensed Security.
- Essential qualification First Aid & First Responder Experience
- Apply Tier 1 maximum level communication plan and daily debrief protocols.
- Senior Management team on site 24/7, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery with immediate response times to incidents.
Outcome
- VIVID Sydney 2022 was deemed a success, measured by the effective response to numerous incidents of varying degrees of severity.
- Increased experience and successfully tested vigorous review for process improvement to protocols in Large Tier 1 event.
