The conversation with AFS staff to book the course was easy. The course was able to be completed online and I then attended a Face to Face Assessment, the trainer was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.
My certificate arrived so quick - I had it before I got home!
The staff and trainer were so helpful - I was able to purchase a First Aid Kit for my home at their onsite shop.. They had kits for Workplaces as well (need to tell my employer :))
I cant wait to do my training again with AFS and will be recommending all my family, friends and business contacts!"
