DESCRIPTION:BOOK NOW\n\n\n\n\nThe learning content and knowledge assessment of this course are delivered in an online format\, followed by face to face practical skills assessment session.  With instruction and practical training in line with legal\, workplace and community considerations\, Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines and other Australian national peak clinical bodies\, this first aid course teaches the skills and knowledge to recognise emergencies and provide immediate and effective CPR\, first aid treatment and oxygen therapy in a range of complex situations\, including community and workplace settings. \nThis advanced emergency response course is designed for individuals who may be required to respond to serious medical emergencies\, cardiac arrest\, or suspected spinal injuries in the workplace\, at events\, or in high-risk environments. \nParticipants will gain the knowledge and practical skills to perform advanced resuscitation\, administer oxygen therapy\, and provide emergency care for a casualty with a suspected spinal injury until professional medical assistance arrives. \nThis course set is suitable for experienced first responders working in roles where rapid\, confident\, and clinically appropriate decision-making is essential. \n\n\n\n\n\nUnits Delivered\nThe following units will be included in your certificate: \n\nHLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation\nHLTAID015 – Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy\nPUAEME007 – Provide emergency care for suspected spinal injury\n\n➡️ To meet the pre-requisite requirements: \n\n\nParticipants must hold a current and valid HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid that remains valid for a minimum of 12 months at the time of undertaking HLTAID015 and PUAEME007 \n\n\nParticipants who do not hold a current HLTAID011 must complete HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid prior to or as part of this course set \n\n\nThis Course Set (HLTAID011\, HLTAID015 & PUAEME007) has been structured to ensure all pre-requisite requirements are met in the correct sequence. \nCourse Delivery\nThis course can be delivered/assessed in the workplace or at facility organised by the training provider. \n\nImportant Information regarding Online Learning – you have a total of 60 days to complete the course in its entirety from the date of your practical assessment. *Important note: 60 days includes any resubmission of your assessment if required.\nPlease note there are no refunds if you do not complete your course within this timeframe.
